Confidentiality
As a member of the New Zealand Life Coaches Association (NZLCA), we follow the ‘Code of Ethics’ and any information we have regarding your sessions is kept secure and confidential and is used for statistical administrative purposes only. We do no share personal information without your permission.
Release of liability
Before commencing your session, you are invited to give your approval to the following statement: I have voluntarily sought assistance and understand I’m under no obligation to accept any of the help that I might receive from Ann Morrison during our consultation.
Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a coaching session, please inform us as soon as possible. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations otherwise a $60 fee with be incurred.
